Summary

The bundle follows the OKF v0.2 conventions as practised in the local options-system-wiki bundle: numbered parent-concept holders, index.md per holder, YAML frontmatter with type/title/description/tags/generated/status/sources[], bundle-rooted internal links, footnote-keyed per-claim attribution, and draft → stable promotion as a human event.1

Inherited

  • Numbered holders (00- … 96-) with a per-holder index.md listing concepts plus one-line descriptions and status.
  • Frontmatter shape and the agent/<name> / human:<id> actor convention.
  • Append-only 95-inbox for dated intake; 96-journal for machine-readable logs.
  • stale_after required on dated items; expiry → deprecated, never deletion.

Diverged

  • Claim-status labelling is mandatory here. The reference implementation assumes a domain where "did we measure it correctly" is the question. This domain's question is "did we establish it, or did we infer it from people who have an interest?" So every substantive claim carries documented / inferred / contested inline.1
  • Interested-party labelling. Where a source is a partisan organ (a party newspaper, a state media outlet, an advocacy group), the concept names the interest at the point of citation rather than leaving it to the reader.

Not present

  • No attested-computation layer: this bundle makes no numeric claims requiring re-executable verification. If it ever does (e.g. circulation modelling), it should copy the references/attesters/ pattern from the reference implementation.
